Colby-Sawyer College Athletics

New London, NH – The Chargers took on the University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) on Saturday in New London. 

Rapid Recap: 

• Colby-Sawyer's Oliver Gore (Southend by the Sea, United Kingdom) and Ashton Meuse (Newport, NH) won at #1 doubles. #2 doubles was won by the Charger pair of Matthew Gaudioso (Branford, CT) and Max Biedermann (Stowe, VT). Caiden McManus (Wallingford, CT) and Alexander Norris (Rockport, MA) won at #3 doubles for the Chargers. The Chargers won the doubles point. 

• Zsombor Homonnay (Budapest, Hungary) won at #2 singles 6-3, 6-1 for the Chargers. 

• Gore won 6-1, 6-3 for the Chargers at #3 singles. 

• Biedermann and Jacob Riis (Vineyard Haven, MA) won their matches at #4 and #5 singles respectively. 

• Markus Rankins (Latham, NY) and Ashton Meuse won their matches at #6 and #1 singles respectively.
