Colby-Sawyer Athletics

As a senior: Leach, a team captain, recorded a career best four goals in her final season. One of her goals was the game-winner in a 5-3 victory over Castleton to help secure the Chargers' spot in the NAC Tournament. She ends her career ranked eighth in career assists with six. She was named to the 2017 Zag Field Hockey/National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III National Academic Squad.

As a junior: Leach played 14 games in 2015 and earned the start 12 times. Her lone goal of the season came in a 7-0 win over Daniel Webster. She ranks tied for fifth in career assists with six. 

As a sophomore: Leach saw action in all 17 of Colby-Sawyer's games and recorded a pair of assists. 

As a freshman: Leach added an offensive spark in her first season with the Chargers. She played in all 17 games and led the team with four assists. She also scored her first collegiate goal on October 5 against Rivier. Leach earned a NAC Rookie of the Week award. 

At Dover: Erika played field hockey and softball for the Green Wave. She was named all-state. Erika is a member of the National Technical Honor Society. 

Personal: Daughter of Robert and Debbie. Has a brother named Chris. Erika is a Biology major.
