As a senior: Dias played in all 26 games and started nine times. Providing a spark off the bench, Dias led the team in field goal percentage at 59.5 % helping him to score the third most points on the team at 11.9 per game. Dias finishes his career ranked seventh in career points (1429), fifth in rebounds (702), sixth in field goals (579) and seventh in free throws (271).
As a junior: Dias earned a nod to the All-NAC Second Team and N.H. Division III Basketball Coaches Association First Team. Dias recorded five double-doubles and led the team in points (14.2 ppg) and rebounding (7.0 rpg). He finished second in the NAC with a shooting percentage of 58.1 and was eighth in rebounding average at 6.7 per game. Dias ended the season eighth in career rebounds with 568. Earlier in the season, Dias became Colby-Sawyer's 15th men's basketball player to score 1,000 career points. He concludes his junior campaign with a career total of 1,120 points.
As a sophomore: Dias led the team with 16.3 points and 7.9 rebounds per game earning the start in all 27 games. He was named to the NAC First Team and NH D3 Basketball Coaches Association First Team. In NAC games only, Dias was fifth in the conference in scoring, fifth in shooting percentage (57.4) and seventh in rebounding (7.4 rpg). Dias had seven double-doubles and ranked in the top 60 in the nation in field goal percentage.
As a freshman: Dias played in 26 games and started in all but one in his first season. He poured in 12.6 points per game, which was third best on the team. He shot a team best 54.9% from the floor and led the team in rebounding with 6.9 per game. During conference play, Mike led the league in field goal percentage (60.6%) and was third in free throw percentage (83.9%). He was named NH Division III Basketball Coaches Association Rookie of the Year.
At Carver: Mike was a two-time South Shore League All-Star for basketball. He earned letters in basketball, football and track.
Personal: Son of Flora. Has a brother named Myles. Mike is majoring in Athletic Training.
