2022: Deschenes finished four meets in 2022 for the Chargers. Haven finished the 2022 Charger Invitational with a new personal record in the 5k finishing in 21st at a 18:08.8 time. Deschenes placed 25th in the GNAC Championship on October 29th as the Chargers finished in second place. 

2021: Deschenes competed in five of the six meets in the fall for the Chargers. Haven finished with a season-best time of 29:29.3 in the 8K on October 2nd in the Keene State Invitational. Deschenes also had a 29:16.0 5 mile finish on September 18th at the 2021 UMass Dartmouth Invitational. Deschenes had a top-10 finish in the GNAC Cross Country Championship on October 30th, placing eighth with a time of 29:56.1. Deschenes also ran in the NCAA Regionals on November 13th finishing 135th with a 30:07.0 time. 

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of ConVal Regional High School, where Deschenes was a two-year cross country and track & field team captain. Deschenes held personal records in high school of 17:38 in the 5K, 11:02 in the two mile, 5:11 in the mile, 2:18 in the 800 meter and 58 seconds in the 400 meter.
