2022: Gushee finished five meets for the Chargers in 2022. Jesse debuted on September 3rd in the Charger Invitational finishing in 38th at a time of 20:01.9. Gushee placed in 12th in the GNAC Championships on October 29th at a 31:05.9 time. Jesse was named to the GNAC All-Conference Second Team at the conclusion of the race. Gushee had his best 8k time on November 12th in the NCAA Division III East Regional placing in 160th with a time of 30:49.7.
