In 2008-09: Lyons led his team to a first place finish in the 200 Medley Relay and 200 yard backstroke on Senior Day. He also finished first in the 100 yard breaststroke in a meet against the University of New England. Lyons holds a school record in the 50 yard breaststroke, with a time of 29.35.
