Colby-Sawyer Athletics

As a senior: Lampert was named to the All-NAC First Team as one of the top defenders in the conference once again. The senior landed on the first team for helping the Chargers to a 5-2 record. She played and started in all of Colby-Sawyer's 16 games and collected 19 ground balls and eight caused turnovers.

As a junior: Lampert was named to the All-NAC Second Team as one of the conference's top defenders. She played and started in all 17 games. She was fourth on the team with 13 caused turnovers. Lampert also ranked fifth with 23 ground balls. She added a career best four goals during this season. Lampert's best statistical game came in a 19-1 win over Johnson State when she had two goals, four ground balls and four caused turnovers.

As a sophomore: Lampert played and started in 18 games in her second season as one of Colby-Sawyer's top defenders. She notched her first collegiate goal in a win over Southern Vermont on April 21. Lampert recorded 14 ground balls and 10 caused turnovers as she helped the team to a program record 12 wins. 

As a freshman: Lampert appeared in eight games in 2015 and earned a pair of starts. She collected three ground balls. 

At Pinkerton: Lampert was a varsity lacrosse player for the Astronauts. She was a member of the D1 State Championship teams of 2013 and 2014.
