2023: Lyford made 17 starts for the Chargers in 2023 netting eight goals, five assists to go with 20 ground balls and 12 caused turnovers. Ella had a career-high four points on March 25th at Elms College scoring two goals and dishing out two assists. Lyford was also credited with her first game-winner in her career. Ella added another two goal performance on April 5th at Regis College in a 15-1 win. 

2022: Lyford debuted for the Chargers in 2022 making 11 appearances and starting nine games. Ella ended the season with eight goals, three assists, 16 ground balls and four caused turnovers. Lyford scored her first collegiate goal in the season opener against Curry College on February 23rd. Lyford ended the day with two goals and two ground balls in a 17-11 Charger win. Lyford's best game of the season came on April 2nd at Albertus Magnus College. Ella scored two goals while dishing an assist to go with a career-high three ground balls and a caused turnover in a 17-7 Colby-Sawyer victory.

PRIOR TO COLBY-SAWYER: Graduate of U-32 in Montpelier, Vermont and went to two Vermont State Championships including being victorious in 2019.
