2024: Finlayson was a star for the Chargers in her first year in New London. Rose started in 17 games while seeing action in all 18 games registering 38 goals, 17 assists for 55 points to go with 24 ground balls, 32 draw controls and 15 caused turnovers. Finlayson's first big game of the season was on March 2nd against Vermont State University - Castleton with three goals, two assists and five draws in a Charger win. Rose added four goals on March 26th in a huge conference win at New England College. Her best game of the season came on April 22nd at Lasell pouring in a career-mark in points with eight on five goals and three assists in a victory. Finlayson was later named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Third Team All-Conference, and GNAC All-Rookie Team. Rose was awarded the Chargie for Female Newcomer of the Year for her special season.
