AT COLBY-SAWYER
2023: Avila played in 29 matches for Colby-Sawyer in 2023. Maria ended the season with 129 digs, 22 service aces. 13 assists and three kills. Avila's best game of the season came on September 6th where she had 13 digs and five service aces at Curry. 

2022: Avila saw action in 18 matches for the Chargers in 2022. Maria ended the season with three kills, two assists, seven service aces and 17 digs. Avila had her best game of the season on October 22nd with four service ace, five digs and two kills in a Charger win. 

2021: Avila saw action in four matches and five sets for the Chargers in 2021. Maria ended the year with five service aces, two digs and a kill. Avila collected her first collegiate kill on October 2nd in a 3-0 Charger win. Avila had a career-high five service aces on October 30th against Albertus Magnus College in a 3-0 victory. 

2020: The team did not compete due to COVID-19.
