As a senior: Frongillo led the Chargers with 131 at-bats in his final season. He also was tied for the team lead with three homeruns, second in doubles (7), tied for second in RBI (18), and tied for third in hits (33). Frongillo concludes an impressive four-year career with Colby-Sawyer. His .329 career batting average is tied for 10th highest, while he ranks seventh in career hits with 140, tied for seventh in doubles with 26, fifth in games played with 127, and 10th in total bases with 186.
As a junior: Frongillo was named to the All-NAC Second Team after posting a .393 batting average, which was third among all conference players. He also led the team and ranked third in the NAC with a .512 slugging percentage. He had a team best on base percentage of .452 to rank fourth in the conference. He scored 17 times in 27 games and knocked in 14 runs. For the second consecutive season, Frongillo ended the year with a double digit hitting streak. After finishing 2015 with a 12-game streak, Frongillo will take a 10-game streak into the 2017 season.
As a sophomore: Frongillo led the team with 30 hits (.300 avg) and ended the season with a 12-game hitting streak. Frongillo also had a team best nine stolen bases on nine attempts.
As a freshman: Frongillo was named North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Baseball Rookie of the Year. Frongillo, who also was named to the All-NAC First Team, had an impressive first season with the Chargers. He led the team with a .396 batting average, 44 hits, 18 RBI, a .505 slugging percentage, a .422 on base percentage, seven doubles and six stolen bases. He ranked in the top-10 in the league in nine separate categories and was second in batting average and hits. Frongillo played and started in 33 games and recorded 13 multi-hit games. He was named NAC Rookie of the Week twice during the season.
At Whittier Regional: Frongillo played baseball and basketball for the Wildcats. He was a 3-time CAC baseball all-star and collected over 100 career hits. He also was a CAC basketball all-star. Frongillo is a member of the National Technical Honor Society.
